Biography

Fiona is in her final year of her undergraduate degree, studying Engineering Science (Biomedical Option) at University of Toronto. She is currently working on her undergraduate thesis which involves redesigning the sensor system for the haptic robotic device for upper-limb stroke patients.

Last year she worked at Sanofi Pasteur in the Component Pertussis Vaccine Manufacturing department. Currently at UofT she teaches Science and Engineering to high school students on weekends. She is the president and founder of Engineering World Health (EWH) UofT, a club that works on repairing, designing and building medical equipment for developing countries.
